These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by QEvpn. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. Before purchasing, users should confirm that the service, plan rules, and usage environment meet their needs. If they disagree with these terms, they must stop using the service.
Service Coverage and Scope
QEvpn provides network acceleration subscription services for cross-border access and international websites, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route availability may vary based on the user's location, local network conditions, target service policies, device configuration, and maintenance schedules.
The service provides network connectivity and route management capabilities; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content platforms. Whether a third-party service is available, content can be played, an account can function normally, or its rules change is determined by that third party. QEvpn may adjust available regions, connection methods, and technical configurations for route maintenance, security, or service planning.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Usage Rules
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for plan purchases, route connections, and settings changes made through their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for the purchaser or devices they manage in their ordinary use only. Subscriptions may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Account credentials or subscription details may not be publicly shared, and route capabilities may not be offered to others as an independent service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account restrictions, and other losses caused by public sharing, resale, or improper credential storage.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Specific plan prices, traffic allowances, and payment methods are shown on the purchase page. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Users may not use QEvpn for unlawful activities, unauthorized network access, malicious attacks, fraud, harassment, infringement of others' rights, distribution of illegal content, or conduct that interferes with the normal operation of networks or systems.
Users may not attempt to damage service infrastructure, consume public route resources in bulk, interfere with other users' connections, or abuse the service through automation. To maintain route stability and account security, QEvpn may review clearly abnormal access patterns and take necessary restrictive measures.
Availability, Refunds, and Liability
QEvpn performs reasonable route maintenance and fault handling, but network services may be affected by local carrier networks, device status, target service changes, maintenance work, and other factors beyond its control. Accordingly, QEvpn does not promise that every route will remain available in every environment or that third-party content or features will always be accessible. Planned maintenance or emergency adjustments may temporarily interrupt connections; service will be restored or routes will be switched according to actual conditions.
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket so the relevant account and order can be verified. Before applying, users may check client settings, switch the target region, or submit a connection issue. Technical troubleshooting does not affect the refund right described above.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QEvpn is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, local network issues, violations of these terms, or failure to properly secure an account. Any determination of liability will be based on applicable law and the specific facts.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, engage in unlawful use, maliciously interfere with routes, attack service systems, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, QEvpn may restrict related connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. Before or after taking action, QEvpn may provide an explanation through the user panel based on the risk and circumstances. Matters involving lawful investigations or urgent security risks will be handled under applicable rules.
QEvpn may update these terms due to legal requirements, changes to service coverage, technical arrangements, or subscription rules. Updates will be published on this page with the month of the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users disagree with a change, they should stop using the service and may handle unresolved orders or service matters through the user panel.
