Privacy & Data Processing

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data QEvpn processes when providing cross-border access, international routes, and network acceleration subscriptions, why the data is processed, and how users can manage it.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Creating a QEvpn account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. The service stores the username, securely processed password credentials, plan status, and necessary account settings for authentication, subscription delivery, account security, and service recovery. Passwords are never stored in a directly readable form.

When purchasing a subscription or data package, the service stores order items, amount, payment status, creation and completion times, refund status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to fulfill orders, verify payments, handle after-sales requests, and maintain financial records. Data usage and reset status are recorded to apply monthly subscription and data package rules, but these records do not contain specific access content.

When visiting the website, the service may process page URLs, referring pages, browser type, device category, interface language, approximate region, and error information. This data helps verify that pages work properly, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and improve content structure. Analytics are primarily aggregated and are not used to build individual browsing profiles.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

QEvpn does not record which websites users access, or store search queries, transmitted content, or history that could be used to reconstruct individual network activity. The service also does not create connection logs for the purpose of continuously tracking user behavior.

To maintain route operations, identify abnormal requests, prevent abuse, and resolve connection failures, the system may generate short-term technical records, such as error types, server status, and necessary security event information. These records do not include specific access destinations and are retained only for troubleshooting, security handling, or system operation. They are deleted or anonymized when those purposes end and are not used for advertising or user profiling.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save session status, login credentials, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. The user panel also stores authentication status locally so that login status can persist when switching pages. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status, language choices, or some account functions from being maintained properly.

Identifiers needed for website analytics are used only to distinguish visit sessions, aggregate page usage, and identify technical failures. Browser clearing tools can delete cookies and local storage; after clearing them, related preferences and login status must be configured again.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

QEvpn supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments may be completed by the relevant payment provider. The service generally receives order status, transaction results, and necessary transaction identifiers, rather than directly storing the complete account details that the payment provider requires users to submit. Payment providers process related data under their own privacy policies, which users should review on the relevant payment page before paying.

To deliver subscriptions, monitor faults, or perform necessary infrastructure operations, data may be processed by restricted technical service providers. Only information necessary for the relevant task is provided, and those providers are required to meet confidentiality and security requirements. Account data is not sold except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable rules, or respond to lawful requests.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and subscription data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as long as needed to process transactions, disputes, and necessary compliance matters. Analytics and technical records are deleted or anonymized after aggregation, troubleshooting, or security purposes are complete. Retention periods vary according to purpose, data type, and necessary risk controls; data is not kept indefinitely for unrelated reasons.

Users may submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket center in the user panel. To prevent action by someone else, verification of account control may be required before processing. After a deletion request is completed, data no longer needed in the account is removed or anonymized. Orders, security, or dispute records that must be retained by law remain stored within the necessary scope and are handled when the retention basis no longer applies.

This policy may be updated because of feature changes, changes in data processing, or regulatory requirements. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be announced through visible on-site notices. Users are encouraged to review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
